837P 4010 to 5010 Translation Software

ElectroniClaim has developed a complete PC based software solution that transforms ANSI 4010 X098A1 837P into the new ANSI 5010 X222A1 837P format. Since the new 5010 format requires 9 digit zip codes for both Billing Providers and Facilities when in the United States, this translation allows the user to insert Billing Provider and Facility NPIs and 5-digit zip codes into a table to transform the billing provider and facility zip codes into the appropriate 9 digit zip code.

Claim files can be placed into a folder and translated. This can be facilitated either through graphical interface or a command line.
